SOLUTION:
They apply a research-action approach that favours the needs assessment through survey and adjustment of the service. They also provide an effective support mentorship programme that involves heads of companies and helps the business gain visibility and get clients. The program also has a well-established network of partners including a large migrants network and qualified personnel that are trained on cultural sensitivity and know the migrants’ native languages.

Provide information, tutoring and mentoring to North Africans with limited qualifications.

IMPACT:
Between 2011 and 2012 FAIE contributed to the job integration of 80 advisers (55 in Languedoc and 25 in Île de France) and to the support of 90 migrants (60 in Languedoc and 30 in Île de France). Moreover, around 50% of the businesses created were still running after one year.
